Mat Pilates (Core, Abs, Legs and Arms)
Strength your core, tone your muscles and improve your posture at any age with this precise movement. Emphasis on breath and alignment to ensure you get the most from your class. Suitable for all levels, this class supports functional strength, leaving you feeling balanced, taller and better aligned. 

Moonlight Deep Stretch & Release 

Unwind slow, grounding practice designed to gently open the body and calm the mind. This YIN inspired class focuses on deep, supported stretches held for longer periods to release tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders while encouraging full-body relaxation. Guided with mindful breath and stillness, you’ll ease into each posture, allowing the body to soften and let go, physically and mentally. Expect a quiet atmosphere that invites you to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect inward.
Perfect for all levels, especially those feeling tight, stressed, or in need of deep rest.  You’ll leave feeling: lighter, looser, and deeply restored.

Moonlight Deep Stretch & Relax (Let it all go) 
A candlelit full-body release designed to unwind stress, relax tight muscles, and transition you into slumber with ease, using hints. This oozy release it the ultimate relaxation. The practitioner may offer light massage and touch to allow the muscles to soften further as you gently ease into softness.  (with permission).

Pilates Fusion Flow (Increase Strength, Flexibility and Tone)
 A blend mindful movement with core-focused strength. The fluidity of yoga with the precision of Pilates, to enhance stability, flexibility, and body awareness. Expect controlled sequences, breath-led transitions, and targeted core work. Suitable for all levels, it leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and energized, with improved posture and alignment.

Signature Vinaysa Flow

A dynamic, breath-led flow rooted in traditional movement, designed to awaken the body and clear the mind. This signature class blends mindful sequencing with steady rhythm to build strength, improve flexibility, and restore balance. Expect a smooth, energizing practice classical foundations, yet fluid and modern in feel. Move with intention. Leave stronger, lighter, and refreshed.

Strength & Sculpt (Pilates + Controlled Burn)
​Strength & Sculpt is a low-impact, high-efficiency workout that blends the precision of Pilates with targeted strength training and a steady “controlled burn” designed to tone, lengthen, and define your entire body. Expect slow, intentional movements that challenge stability, build deep core strength, and activate muscles you didn’t know you had. Using prop of balls, bands  for muscular endurance rather than speed or impact, cuz we all know that causes more damage than good, here, it's controlled, focused and supported to ensure you are getting the most of your time with us. The result is a strong, lean, sculpted physique paired with improved mobility and balance.

Yang Yin Yummy Flow
Yang Yin is a balanced practice that blends dynamic movement with deep stillness. The class begins with energizing, strength-building flows (Yang) to warm the body, followed by slow, restorative holds (Yin) to release tension and improve flexibility. This harmonious combination cultivates strength, mobility, and relaxation, leaving you feeling both revitalized and deeply grounded.

Yoga Strong, Bold & Balanced
Rooted in a love of balance and exploration, this class invites you to find balance, strength and explore your edge. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find steadiness, both physically and mentally. With a calm, encouraging approach, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace, creating space for ease, strength, and clarity.
