200 HOUR YOGA CURRICULUM

OUR CURRICULUM

By completing this training, you will be prepared to confidently lead classes, communicate clearly with students, and build your voice as a teacher rooted in both classical tradition and practical skills.

Over 200 hours, you’ll build the essential skills every yoga teacher needs. Each weekend guides you from mastering your own body and mind to confidently teaching others. Prepare to lead classes, workshops, and private sessions with clarity and authority.
ASANAS + POSES
Daily asana practice and traditional surya namaskar is taught day one to build your energy and refine your poses, explore alignment, and learn how to guide students  through sequences. You’ll move beyond doing yoga to understanding why each posture works , and how to communicate that to a room full of different bodies.

YOGIC DIET + NUTRITION
Learn the benefits of a pure Yogic diet. How foods create energy and harmony within your body and mind. Understand which foods and foods encourage happiness and mental wellbeing. SHAT KRIYA *
Shat means (six) and kriya means ‘cleansing. Yogic kriyas remove the waste materials our internal organs to help purify the physical body and internal organs and thereby create harmony between the major pranic flows attaining physical and mental purification and balance.  (discussion only, demonstration and practice is done under supervision with in studio sessions) Kapalbathi, Jala Neti, Jala Dhouthi, Trataka, Vasti, Dhouti.
