This program covers key essentials for teaching yoga confidently in-person. You’ll explore poses with assists, props, variations, modifications, and alignment, while honing your breathwork and meditation skills. You will have hands-on practice in cuing and teaching, you'll leave ready to lead classes with ease. Not looking to teach, but want to deepen your practice? This is the perfect opportunity to refine each pose with precision and learn proper adjustments to ensure you’re practicing correctly.
