With the world having pivoted to online and virtual everything, one of the biggest shifts we've seen is everyone taking home their yoga practice. While studios give us that zen space to expand our breath and bodies, we figured we'd share a few tips on how to create a studio, zen space in your own home!

We wanted to take the time to debunk some yoga myths we often hear, because we truly believe that yoga is all about being accessible and that it is truly for everybody and every body.
While YTTs have always traditionally been taught in person, the pandemic has forced us to pivot everything and this includes how we teach our YTTs. Luckily for us, teaching virtual YTT has been a beautiful experience that has truly helped our grads with their cueing! Keep reading to learn more!

So you considered yourself a pretty seasoned yogi/yogini and you get this inkling that you want more from your practice but can't figure out what. You've tried all the different yoga styles out there, but something is calling to you, something deeper...and you just can't put your finger on it.
Maybe that means you're ready to do a YTT...or does it? Read on for 10 ways to know if you're ready to take a YTT! Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation (as they're more commonly known by) is practiced by many yoga practitioners around the world. Sun Salutation is a great daily practice that can be done in just a few rounds or if you want to experience the full benefits, a full 108 rounds will do the trick! (And yes, that's right you read 108 rounds!)
