Mom & Baby Yoga
A class specifically designed to help women regain strength and energy that they may have lost during pregnancy. Classes focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscles and booty. Incorporating fitness, cardio and energized routines releasing tension in the shoulders and neck, opening the chest and liven up the physical self for a more rejuvenated being. Classes consist of your choice of fitness and yoga&pilates fusion. Register for 8 classes and choose between any 24 sessions.
