Our Karma Classes are offered for free to the community to allow our teachers, students and public to experience yoga without intimidation. All of our teachers are new to this role and having these classes gives an opportunity to gain experience as new teachers which has led to greater opportunities within the industry. Laughter Yoga is an exercise combining yoga breathing techniques ( Pranayama ). Laughter Yoga is both preventive and therapeutic, releasing endorphins which are natural pain killers, that can help those suffering from arthritis, spondylitis, chronic migraine headaches, chronic pains, fibromyalgia, autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases while dissolving negative effects of stress and strengthens your immune system.
