Prenatal Yoga (Two Locations!)
A class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to a new discovery and bringing awareness to the mind, body, and spirit, and also the spirit of the baby. The class is taught in a calm, peaceful environment and will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase over-all comfort.
Prenatal Classes are created to give you the flexibility and opportunity to try other classes during your Prenatal Registration Session. This means, you get 8 weeks of Prenatal exclusive training plus additional 2 classes to attend any other Gentle Yoga class of your choice and Mom&Baby classes. (all classes with an asterisks * symbol are suitable for Prenatal )
