NEW - 25YTT YOGA FOUNDATIONS
25hr Yoga Foundation series is built for beginners, yoga enthusiasts and those wanting to learn proper movement, breath and understand the why's the benefits of yoga.
The Foundational series is Instructional should not feel intimidating.
Learn basic breath work to synchronize your sequence, meditation foundational postures with technique, alignment. Learn the basic energetics of yoga to include snip bits of history, philosophy and even the chakras! It's a super awesome program that delves you into the pure heart of yoga and helps you bring your own practice to light!
It will get you on your mat and into your body while also preparing you for public classes local yoga opportunities should you decide to take our 200HR YTT.
25HR YST - Yoga Foundations

Saturdays 8am- 11am
6 Sessions (homework and practices are a part of this series)
Program Led by Daye Simpson and Sophia Khalfan
You will receive your Student Yoga Completion certificate to show off to your friends and family that you are not doing yoga, but are practicing yoga with intent, knowledge.
