This Fast Track Immersive training is our most popular program and is only offered once a year, but with such demand for teachers and life moving into hibernation season, we're offering this session early this year to get you into our training so you can begin teaching spring of 2024. Just in time for the yoga summer rush.
A flexible program where you can study the philosophies on your own, and join us in studio each week to review and learn the poses.
With hands-on adjustments, understanding postural alignment and how to cue and sequence a class, this is one incredible program.

This fast track training delves into the foundations of yoga for those wanting to teach, lead and develop a connection to yoga.
Each week, we will delve into why's and how's of poses starting from standing series and flow our way into seated, prone, supine, inversions, transitions and more.
Together we will explore creating sequences, learning effective cues, and how to create dynamic class flows to teach your students for your own personal practice.
You are welcome to study the philosophies and theories at a late date and watch the recordings of our live sessions at your time.
