- Bring a Blanket, Socks and Dress In Layers as your temperature may change throughout the session. A pillow may be brought if you wish.
- No bolsters or props are needed, however blocks are available to surrender into some poses
- A light natural fragrance will be diffused into the air to allow mental clarity, if you have allergies please inform us upon booking and at least 3 days prior to the event so we can accommodate
- Please note, this is a longer than usual session and ideal to those who are in need of quiet, rest and stillness and better not to have children join this program.
- This program is intended to allow for quiet, and we ask that you whisper upon arrival, and refrain from conversations, and chatter.
