Thai yoga massage is an ancient and dynamic bodywork therapy with 2,500 years of history. You will be guided through a series of yoga-like postures and stretches, while the practitioners will be applying skillful compression techniques by palm, thumb, elbow or feet along the body’s energy lines (sen lines) and pressure points. Each session is customized and tailored to meet specific client needs. Enjoy a relaxing, passive, slow palm massage for stress reduction, or a more energizing experience while the practitioners using elbow and knee for stronger presses accompanied by stretching, tractions and twists. Slow and rhythmic, each posture flows easily into the next. Mild, firm or strong touch techniques are applied to create a powerful, singular, healing experience.
