Master the Basics of Yoga is a special 2 day series where you will learn the basics of yoga that will last a lifetime. Here you will learn how to stand correctly in Tadasana, how to engage your core properly, which way to face you finger, when to sink hips wrap arms and master your warrior pose. A hands on in person 6-hour workshop designed to help you refine your practice. In this program, we’ll break down key poses, explore breathwork, and help you understand your body's strength, alignment, and mobility. This is your chance to move with confidence, deepen your flexibility, and build strength in a safe, supportive environment.
