You will learn a variety of standing and seated poses, binds, twists, belly, back and inversions to have a full toolbox of asanas to create Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga and so many more dynamic flows. Upon graduation, you will have an opportunity to teach in our Karma Yoga to give you the experience needed to land that dream yoga gig. This is where you will grow, shine and find your confidence. Shat means (six) and kriya means ‘cleansing.
