What is the difference between the 200HR and the 300 HR training?
The 200hr training is the foundational training for yoga instructors with a focus on foundational poses, class sequencing, cues and instruction. The 300hr builds upon the foundation of the 200hr training and provides more in-depth knowledge to include more physiology, therapies, meditation techniques and Ayurveda. It's outstanding if you choose to take it deeper!
What are your karma yoga classes and why are they free?
Our karma yoga classes are free classes brought to you in partnership with the Markham Public Library. They are taught by our recent YTT grads which is a great way to bring free yoga to the community and get that teaching experience for our grads! It’s a beautiful community!
I work full time with a demanding job, do you think that this course is manageable as a mom?
