This fast track training delves into the foundations of yoga for those wanting to teach, lead and develop a connection to yoga.

Each week, we will delve into why's and how's of poses starting from standing series and flow our way into seated, prone, supine, inversions, transitions and more.  Together we will explore creating sequences, learning effective cues, and how to create dynamic class flows to teach your students or for your own personal practice. 

You are welcome to study the philosophies and theories at a late date and watch the recordings of our live sessions at your time.

Shat means (six) and kriya means ‘cleansing.
