Phew, the art of balance can be tough to master. But we know and teach our students that your balance can and will be different everyday. This also goes for balancing life and its many callings. So whether you're struggling to stay balanced into half moon or struggling to stay balanced in juggling the demands of working full time, juggling a family, and being a yoga teacher, this one is for you. Balance is tough - whichever way you put it. On the mat, it's always "rooting down on one foot", focusing on a drishti point, and engaging your core. But can that apply to life and its many demands? Well, in a way, it can and as someone that is carefully balancing working full time and teaching yoga on the side, just like yoga balancing poses, every day is different.
