1 cup water
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp crushed cardamom
1/8 tsp jaggery (or can use honey
1/2 tsp freshly grated giner
Boil until the liquid is reduced to half.
Drink before it cools . Have this twice daily.
