Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation (as they're more commonly known by) is practiced by many yoga practitioners around the world. Sun Salutation is a great daily practice that can be done in just a few rounds or if you want to experience the full benefits, a full 108 rounds will do the trick! (And yes, that's right you read 108 rounds!)
